Template has an embedded watermark. It is not usable. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
Hello,
The watermark can be easily removed in Photoshop. All you have to do is click on the Layer Visibility icon in the Layers panel. I have attached an screenshot how it looks.

You can easily change the name filed with the Horizontal Type Tool. You just have to click on the text itself. Hope that helps.
